The Virgin Islands Justice Initiative is a 501(c)(3) legal education and defense fund. Locally grown and founded in St. Thomas in 2022, the VI Justice Initiative provides free legal representation and education focused on creating opportunities for the poor to succeed through economic justice.

Free legal representation for expungement proceedings to clear arrest records and marijuana convictions to help people get back to work.
Teen Education & Criminal Deterrence Project
Interactive, attorney-led workshops where teenagers learn how seemingly innocent behavior could be criminal in nature. Students are empowered with the agency to make good decisions that can change the trajectory of their lives.
